I have to admit, this is actually one of the best purchases I've made. The chandelier was well packaged, each strand was individually wrapped and well protected. The quality is great, each crystal has some weight to it and they really shine. We did spend some time waiting and installing the chandelier, which was expected, and once we got it installed we fell in love with it, the chandelier looks great and fits in perfectly with our dinner room. When our friends and family came to visit us they kept complimenting us and I was really happy with the purchase.
