We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order initiation, but if the goods have been delivered to logistics, the order cannot be canceled after the order tracking information has been sent. If you are not satisfied with the goods, you may initiate a return request upon receipt of the goods, the return request policy is as follows.

Emmalighting's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your receipt, if your order has been delivered for more than 30 days, then we will not be able to provide you with a return service, our customer service staff will process your return request within 24 hours, you can initiate a return request via this email address: support@emmalighting.com.

If your return request is reviewed and approved by our customer service, your refund will be processed immediately, depending on your payment method. We do not cover the return postage costs and you will need to pay for the return postage yourself, depending on the logistics provider you use.
