Return and Refund Policy
We provide our customers with a shopping experience by appointment, so we offer returns within 30 natural days (we accept returns within 30 natural days after the customer receives the product, returns are limited to quality issues). However, for products purchased on our platform (excluding bulbs), we offer a two-year warranty. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund. If the product has been installed, it cannot be returned. After-sales service is provided for two years after the customer receives the product.
Return Procedure
Emmalighting’s return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. If your order has been delivered for more than 30 days, then we will not be able to provide you with a return service.
You only need to do three steps to complete the return process
1.Process the return
Before you initiate a return, please contact our customer service (support@emmalighting.com) and explain the reason (pictures and video are in the appendix). Once the request is successful, our customer service will give you a return information (including address, phone number and recipient information). Note: Please do not send the product directly to our shipping address, we will not refund if this problem occurs.
2.Packaging
Please make sure they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts of all items being returned are completely sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging materials.
3.Shipping
Prior to shipping, please take photographs of the inside and outside of the package as a record to show that the product is indeed in its original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured, traceable shipping method to return your items. You are free to choose the shipping company to ship the product back to us. (You must pay shipping costs in advance). (If the problem is quality related, we will refund your shipping costs). If you choose to request a signature upon shipment, please make sure the shipping company allows us to sign the back of the notice so they can reship the product without any problems.
Once shipped, please take a photo of the receipt and tracking number (if the product is damaged, be sure to attach the breakage details) and send it to us at support@emmalighting.com.
Once the product is received, we will check its unused, undamaged and original packaging. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. For non-quality issues we will only refund the original price of the product and we will deduct the shipping costs (purchase price – shipping costs). Once the return is complete, we will also send you a confirmation email.
We will issue the refund in the same way as your previous payment channel. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will also be processed via PayPal. You will receive your refund within approximately 1-2 business days. If you paid with a debit or visa card, it will take 7-10 business days. It will be returned in the same manner. If you want to get it back quickly, you can contact your local banking service.
Cancellation of orders
We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request once you have received them.
Exchange of goods
An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.
Return of goods
We must receive the returned products before we can issue any refunds. If we do not receive the product for any reason, such as the customer refusing to send the product back, or the customer refusing to accept the package, causing the shipping agent to destroy the package, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
Production of defective or damaged items
We will replace damaged parts in transit free of charge as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge. You can refer to the return procedure for details.

from 415 reviewsI bought two Boule de Cristal Chandeliers: 24 inch (12 lamps) and 36 inch (18 lamps) with smoked glass and silver rods. 36 inch has more a circular shape whereas 24 inch looks more like a sphere. Both look gorgeous in our dinning room and hallway; especially it gives a very beautiful effect with crystals when lights are dimmed. Exactly the same lamps as from Restauration Hardware but for 1/4 of the price. I couldn’t believe this deal! I was worry when I learned that my lamps will be shipped from Hong Kong. But shipment with DHL Express arrived in less than two weeks and was so well packed. I can highly recommend Emma Lighting; it is trustful and customer friendly company.

I was worried about how it would look after installation and Kevin told me that we could take a detailed picture of the product for you before we shipped it, and we shipped it when you felt it was ready.
I was shocked to see the details, this product is very beautiful. I agreed to ship it and waited for a while. When I received the product, one of the glass shades was broken, but Kvein took care of that for me first. Immediately sent me a replacement glass shade with.
It is now installed and our family loves the fixture.
I purchased the stairwell fixture from Emma Lighting and the light was the perfect size. It did take some time (2-3 hours) to press all the patches together; but Emma Lighting provided white gloves and wipes to keep everything sparkling. The quality of the product is really worthy of boasting and the quality exceeded expectations. After the installation was complete. Very pretty. Would recommend and buy again!
I absolutely love my chandelier from Emma Lighting. Not only because the price fit my budget perfectly, but the chandelier looks amazing and beautiful in the dining space where I'm hosting a dinner party. And the light source they gave away is dimmable. It added to the ambiance of our dinner party. And you get free shipping when you order. I recommend it.
The workmanship is very fine and the color is very beautiful. Every detail is the same as RH. A very worthwhile purchase.
I just installed it inside my dining room and I love how beautiful it looks! Everything needed for installation is in the box and the fixture comes with the bulbs included, so if you want the bulb support to be dimmable, you just need to purchase your own dimmable bulbs. Looking forward to buying more from this site !!!!

I put two of these fixtures in my dining room and the lighting is gorgeous! I've been searching and waiting for the perfect chandelier, hanging crystal stones is a lot of work ...... But well worth it! I highly recommend this fixture. I highly recommend this fixture.
These wall sconces are exactly what I was looking for. Really like how this installation turned out. Shipping was quick received the product in 9 days.
Absolutely stunning!!! As stated in other reviews, the product is 100% similar to RH and I asked Kevin if it was the same as RH. He replied that it was different. The product I received was almost indistinguishable very similar. I have attached photos and everyone loves the chandelier and it is my favorite source of lighting (because the bulbs are dimmable). It compliments my space and creates a unifying inspiration in terms of lighting!!! You won't be disappointed.
However, it is beautiful when assembled, but putting it together takes a few hours. You have to connect it one by one with very small wires at the top and bottom. Unless you have a lot of time and are very patient, it is recommended to hire someone to do it.

I just contacted Kevin, Kevin showed me a few videos and I bought it, but the next day I regretted it and was worried it was a scam. I then raised an objection. But Kevin was very patient in calling me, although the English is not good. But still patiently explained to me the production of the product, the time required for delivery, and Kevin's guarantee, saying that 4-6 weeks to receive the product immediately full refund. I was finally impressed by Kevin's sincerity. Decided to give it a try.
The day before yesterday the product arrived, Kevin immediately contacted me and said I could open the package to see the product. I was very surprised at the workmanship and quality of this product when I opened it.

I bought the 54" rectangular chandelier raindrop for my dining room table. Unpacking each large raindrop, the raindrops are very weighty, but when it's done, I've never seen anything so beautiful in my life!!! I am in the process of upgrading all of my lighting and it is the most gorgeous thing ever. It has changed the whole look. The quality is excellent and the raindrops are much better than expected. It looks like a $9,000+ fixture. I love it. 10 stars if I may!!!
